TSC denies reports on relief of Red Sea State Governor

– The Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) today strongly denied reports that the TSC had relieved the Governor of the Red Sea State and director of the security in the state.

The TSC affirmed in a press statement that the reports were totally untrue and baseless and contradict the provisions of the Constitutional Document that give the power of appointing and relieving governors of the states to the Prime Minister, and the TSC shall approve his decisions related to this.

The TSC called on the press and the various social media to adhere to accuracy and obtain news from the official sources.
