Khartoum (SUNA) – The Minister of Defense, Major General Yassin Ibrahim Yassin, chaired Tuesday, at the ministry’s headquarters, the meeting of the Military-Security Committee, which included members of leaders of the security organs and discussed the report of the Supreme Technical Committee for the collection of weapons, unregulated vehicles, four-wheel drive vehicles and motorcycles, reviewing problems hindering the work progress.
The meeting has asserted the continuation of efforts in collecting weapons and unregulated vehicles that enter the country through smuggling, and the four-wheel drive vehicles (Land Cruisers) and motorcycles in the states, especially the borders states, with the determination of the necessary forces to carry out this work in all parts of the country.
