The acting Minister of Defense, Lt. Gen. Yassin Ibrahim Yassin, received UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan , in the presence of Director General of the Defense Industries System (DIS), Gen. Mirghani Idriss Suleiman, within the activities of IDEX 2023.
The UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation toured the platforms of Sudan’s pavilion and expressed his pleasure over Sudan’s participation again in IDEX 2023 in Abu Dhabi and his great admiration for the pavilion, describing it as distinguished and modern.
He also stressed the strong relations linking Sudan and the UAE.
For his part, Director General of DIS, expressed his pleasure over the continuous cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, pointing to the deep-rooted relations between the two countries at the various fields.
Sudan’s pavilion in IDEX 2023 in Abu Dhabi witnessed a great turnout.
