Minister of Agriculture visits Halfa Agricultural Corporation

– Acting Minister of Agriculture and Forests Dr. Abu-Bakr Omer Al-Bushra paid today an inspection visit to Halfa Agricultural Corporation in Kassala state, accompanied by a delegation from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Forests.

The Minister inspected    preparations related to the wheat harvest operations besides getting assured on situations at the fields.

The Minister held an extensive meeting with the farmers of the corporation, where he listened to the obstacles facing them and their proposals to increase production of the corporation’s agricultural scheme.
