Hamdouk on Establishment of Commercial Finance Budget

Khartoum (SUNA) – The Prime Minister and deputy chairman of the higher economic emergency committee, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk, pointed out that the most important accomplishments of the committee included the establishment of a commercial finance budget to provide strategic commodities and approval of the emergency plan for Port-Sudan harbor.

He affirmed importance of the budget in providing hard currency.

In the third sitting of the National Economic Conference at the Friendship Hall on Saturday, Dr. Hamdouk shed light on the establishment of the higher economic emergency committee in last April and formation of eight subcommittees which have issued a number of decisions for the interest of the Sudanese economy.

He referred to a matrix of decisions that will be reviewed at the sitting.
