Vice – President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, and the accompanying delegation Wednesday arrived in Moscow in an official visit at the invitation of the Russian government.
Gen. Daglo is accompanied by the Minister of Finance, Dr. Kahlil Ibrahim, the Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Abu-Bakr Omer Al-Bushra, the Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Mohamed Abdalla Mahmoud, the Minister of Mining, Mohamed Bashir Abu-Namu, the acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ambassador Nadir Yousif, and the Chairman of the Trade Chambers Union, Nadir Al-Hilali.
