Security Plan to Combat Crime Launched in North Kordofan

The Wali (governor) of North Kordofan State, Fadlalla Mohamed Ali Al-Toam, Friday launched at the Police Square in Al-Obeid Al-Izza security plan set by the state’s security committee to keep security and stability for the state’s citizens.

The plan will be implemented by the Armed Forces, the Police Forces, the Rapid Support Forces and the General Intelligence Service.

The Wali (governor) pointed out that the transitional period is witnessing several challenges that necessitate uniting the efforts of all organs to confront these challenges.

The Commander of the Fifth Infantry Division, Maj. Gen. Faisal Mohamed Al-Hassan, has affirmed their readiness to implement the security plan.

He stressed that  the regular forces are carrying out great efforts in maintaining the state’s prestige and stability.

He indicated that the plan aims to combat crimes and the negative phenomena that threaten the society’s security and safety.
