Legal Department Director at Security Service Testifies before Court Trying Case of Martyr Al-Ta

The court trying the case of martyr Mahgoub Al-Taj, the student of Al-Razi University, Faculty of Medicine, heard in its sitting on Monday the defence witness the Director of the Legal Administration at the Security and Intelligence Service, Brig. Nasr-Eddin Mohamed Adam, on his experience and his work at this administration since the year 2012.

The witness reviewed the communications that took place regarding this communication between the Security and Intelligence Service, the Attorney General and the prosecutors, and said that the year 2019 witnessed political strikes and instability.

Brig. Nasr-Eddin attributed the relative delay to the completion of the procedures due to the dissolution of the Operations Administration at that time and the destruction of some documents of the individuals.

The court will continue to hear the rest of the defense witnesses in the coming sittings, including the Police Brig., Al-Tayeb Muttasim, along with the investigator in the case.
