Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk met today, at the Cabinet’s HQs, the representatives of the Resistance Committees in Khartoum State to review his Initiative ( The National Crisis and the Transition Issues).
Dr Hamdouk, during the meeting, discussed the details of the initiative, affirming that it aims at strengthening the transition leading the country to create sustainable democratic system.
He outlined that the initiative includes seven axis in reform of military and security bodies, transitional justice, pece, economy, dismantling the party state, foreign policy and legislative council.
He affirmed the role of the Resistance Committees to protect the revolution and strengthen transition, renewing the importance of establishment of the Legislative Council to discuss the major national issues paving the way for the sustainable democratic system.
