Delegation of Ministry of Animal Resources Arrives in Riyadh

high-level delegation of the Ministry of Animal Resources arrived in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Saturday to participate in the meetings of the joint technical committee of the Saudi Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and its Sudanese counterpart.

The Sudanese delegation held its first meeting at the Sudanese Embassy and briefed the Sudanese ambassador on the purpose of the visit, and reviewed the agenda and the objectives to be achieved from the visit.

The delegation will discuss in Saudi Arabia the prospects of strategic cooperation between the two countries in the fields of livestock, inform about the investment map in light of the partnerships law and the ways to overcome the challenges facing Livestock exports.

The delegation is headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Animal Resources, Dr. Al-Amir Jaafar Saad, and included the Minister’s Advisor, Dr. Mohamed Zakaria, the Director of the Livestock Quarantines and Meat Health, Dr. Ali Adam, and the Director of the Central Laboratory for Veterinary Research, Ali Abdul-Ghani Al-Gadal.
