Burma Naser: Umma and Democratic Unionist Parties Keen to achieve a comprehensive national accord

The acting leader of the National Umma Party, Fadlalla Burma Nasir,  pointed out that the party’s responsibility necessitates that opening the way for all the people of the country to address the Sudanese crisis, and that the march is the one of the Sudanese people, referring to the importance of addressing to all national issues.

Interviewed by Sudan TV on Saturday evening, Burma pointed to the role due to be assumed by the Umma and the Democratic Unionist Parties, saying that “there is joint coordination between the two parties that includes a future vision of uniting all parties to achieve a comprehensive national accord.”

The head of the Umma Party reiterated that there is no way out of this crisis that Sudan is facing without national accord.

He explained that the road map presented by the Umma party was formulated on sound bases that took into account all the principles of the past and the realities of the present, as well as the current situation of the crisis that Sudan is witnessing.

On his part, media official and spokesman for the Democratic Unionist Party, said that the responsibility that falls on the shoulders of the two parties is great to face the challenges of the current situation, pointing out that the joint coordination between the two parties supports the democratic orientation of all the political parties and the Sudanese nation with the aim to reach national reconciliation and effective solutions to the path of democratic transition.
