Al-Burhan arrives in N’Djamena, begins talks with his Chadian counterpart

Joint talks between Sudan and Chad are taking place in the Chadian capital, N’Djamena, co-chaired by the President of the Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan and Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Deby.

Al-Burhan arrived in the Chadian capital, N’Djamena, today, coming from the Arab Republic of Egypt, accompanied by the Director of the General Intelligence Service, Gen. Ahmed Ibrahim Mufadal, on an official visit.

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council was received at the presidential palace in N’Djamena by his Chadian counterpart Mahamat Idriss Deby.

The two leaders are to hold talks related to supporting and strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
