Sudanese Elders’ national initiative launche

Strategic expert and member of the Comprehensive National Initiative of the Elders of Sudan Professor Mohamed Hussein Suleiman Abu-Salih has affirmed that Sudan is facing extremely complicated circumstances and needs a pause to elevate the value of loyalty to the homeland.

Abu-Salih was speaking at the Forum of Sudan News Agency today to explain the comprehensive national initiative of the Sudanese elders to resolve the current political crisis.

Prof. Abu-Salih called for the establishment of a transitional period of foundation that does not stop with the past and looks to the future, while spreading hope and optimism and building confidence, pointing out that the force of violence and exclusion has not achieved any progress for Sudan.

He said that the qualitative shift is from street struggle to platforms for work, construction and production, due to the need for the future, peace, renaissance, dignity and freedom.

He explained that Sudan does not lack knowledge and wisdom, but rather lacks a Sudanese platform to channel the efforts of scholars for finding solutions, and that solutions do not come to them from abroad because they trust themselves, hoping that all initiatives will be unified in one Sudanese initiative.
