Member of Sovereignty Council Affirms Firmness of Sudanese – Chadian Relations

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Al-Tahir Hajar, affirmed that deeply-rooted relations are linking Sudan and Chad, affirming the keenness of the Sudanese institutions to consolidate the relations between Khartoum and Ndjamena.

During his meeting at his residence in Ndjamena with the staff of Sudan Embassy to the Republic of Chad, Hajar has appreciated the great and important role being played by the embassy in bolstering the ties between the two countries in all fields.

The Charge d’Affaires at Sudan Embassy to Ndjamena, Al-Saddiq Al-Fadil Al-Mubarak, explained in a press statement that the meeting touched on the developments in the situation in Chad after death of president Idriss Deby, indicating that the member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council was informed on progress of the Sudanese – Chadian relations and the role of the embassy in strengthening them further in all domains.
