Hamdouk: Government priorities inspired by slogans of revolution

 The Transitional Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk, on behalf of the Sudanese people, on Monday thanked the French people and government for their continued efforts to support he democratic transition in Sudan.

This came when the Prime Minister addressed, Monday, Paris Conference to support Democratic transition in Sudan in the presence of the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, Ethiopian President, and President of Ruanda, Chairman of the African Union Commission, in addition to ambassadors representing more than 40 states.

 Dr. Hamdouk said Sudan, through its history, witnessed many transitions, but the transition the country experiencing now, based on model of partnership between the civilian and the military.

“The priorities of the transitional period are inspired by the slogans of the glorious December Revolution” he said.

He said the Sudanese people suffered a lot from the price hikes and the low productivity, affirming that addressing the economic crisis represents top priority to the transitional government.
