Daglo : The Conflict in Darfur was Planned

Khartoum,  (SUNA)-The Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo has underscored that the tribal conflict in Darfur  was artificial and  planned , pointing  out that there  some  who are plotting against  Sudan and Drafur

Addressing a ceremony organized by the Sudan Liberation Movement- Arko Manawi faction on occasion of Eid Al –Fitr, Daglio said the incidents of Kerenek and Al- Genaina localities would not passed easily, referring to formation of legal and political committees in addition to an impartial committee to be chaired by the Attorney –General  to probe Al-Genaina and Kerenek incidents.

He affirmed that all investigations in incidents osf West Darfur would be revised with full transparency  and all those who involved in the incidents would be held accountable

Daglo has lauded  integrity of  the Sudanese judiciary, calling  for dispense of justice and saying “we do not accept injustice against anyone.”

The TSC Vice-President mourned the late Imam Al Sadiq Al Mahdi and said he was a wise and balanced in tackling issues of the country , disclosing that Al Mahdi was unhappy with track of the change from the very beginning.

He added that the change occurred in April 11 was not satisfactory  for most of the sons of  the Sudanese people  due to differences among the components , calling for a change that be satisfactory to all  and approved by all.

Daglo  said “We put  hands over hands  and accept each other  to solve the country’s issues.”

He further added  “ Sudan’s interest should be paramount  and we have  to forgive each other for solving the country’s crisis.
