Cabinet: Committee for Health Emergencies Did Not Issue New Decisions on COVID-19

Khartoum (SUNA) – The Council of Ministers, on Sunday, denied any intention to take precautionary measures to ease the impacts of the COVID-10, adding that the Higher Committee for Health Emergencies is the sole authority concerned with the issuance of the decisions and measures of the pandemic.

The cabinet in statement issued, today, described news reports carried out by some media on imposition   of total or partial shutdown to avoid outbreak of the Coronavirus Pandemic as” rumors”.

“The Committee, which is the sole circle authorized to deal with the pandemic,  did not issue any new decisions, in this connection” the statement added.
