Al-Hadi Idris to visit North and South Darfur tomorrow

The member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and head of the Revolutionary Front, Dr. Al-Hadi Idris, accompanied by a number of officials, is due to start a visit to the states of South and North Darfur tomorrow morning, with the aim of inspecting on the ground the overall situation in the region.

In statement to SUNA Dr. Al-Hadi noted that the inspection visit to the states of South and North Darfur is to find out the conditions of citizens in the localities, especially those affected by torrential rains, and Eid Al-Fursan locality as a model for those localities, to get assured on process of the agricultural season and the extent of its success.

Dr. Al-Hadi added that the visit, which will last for more than a week, will also include the gathering places for the movement’s forces, starting from South Darfur.

It worth noting that Dr. Idris had made a field visit last July to West Darfur state, which lasted for several days, during which comprehensive reconciliations were conducted between the various societal components in the region.
