Al-Burhan: Sudanese Diplomacy Shall Give Top Concern to Supreme National Interests

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan, stressed that Sudanese diplomacy shall give top concern to the supreme national interests and the common international interests for achieving peace and stability.

During his meeting at his office on Monday with Sudan permanent envoy to the United Nations, Ambassador Al-Hareth Idris, and Sudan Ambassador to Zambia and Malawi and Sudan envy to the COMESA, Abbadi Nur-Eddin, the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council affirmed Sudan support for the United Nations Charter, pointing to the importance of re-support efforts to building the peace and stability process.

He expressed his hope that the ambassadors would be able to perform their duties at their stations for achieving global security, peace and stability, and to reflect the bright image of Sudan.

Sudan permanent representative to the United Nations in New York,  Ambassador Al-Hareth Idris, stated that the President of the Sovereignty Council has renewed Sudan commitment to support the international conventions and agreements in a way that guarantees unity and achieving the desired goals.

Sudan Ambassador to Zambia and Malawi and Sudan’s envy to COMESA, Abbadi Nour Eddin Abdul-Rahman, said that the President of the Sovereignty Council stressed the importance of concern with Sudan interests, aspirations and the common interests in the framework of the  efforts to promote the Sudanese – African relations.
