USAID Delegation arrives in South Kordofan

High level delegation from USAID arrived today in Kadogli, the capital of South kordofan state ,headed by Mr. Adam Obrien in an official visit which would last four days.

Upon arrival,  the delegation held meetings with the state government headed by acting Wali (governor) Musa Jabr Mahmoud.

The acting Wali said in a press statement that the visit of USAID delegation aimed at supporting the transitional period and sustainable democracy.

Jabr pointed out that the meeting focused on displacement issues, voluntarily return of IDPS to their original villages, besides basic services such as drinking water, education and health services.

The delegation according to the Wali ,would meet with the political parties, native administration, popular and official institutions in the state.
