TSC President meets FFC Reform Committee

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen.Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan has affirmed the necessity for the unity of the Forces of Freedom and Change (FFC) to address the crisis facing the country.

Al-Burhan who met, Thursday, at the Republican Palace, a delegation of the Joint Technical Committee of the Revolutionary Front and the FFC has affirmed the efforts being exerted by the committee to reach a consensus via the re-integration of all the initiatives that would lead to the unity of the FFC.

The TSC President stressed that none of the components of the FFC and the forces of the revolution were excluded, pointing out that the reason behind the failure during the transitional period resulted from the disagreement among the political forces.

The Rapporteur of the Joint Technical Committee for the FFC Reform, Adel Al-Muftti said in a press statement said the meeting which attended by 16 member of the FFC components comes after the acceptance of the recent Umma Party.

He described the meeting as” very important”.
