TSC President lauds AU efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region

 The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdel Al-Fattah Al-Burhan has lauded the efforts being exerted by the African Union to maintain security, peace and stability in the region, besides the unlimited support it extends to Sudan in all fields.

 Al-Burhan who met, Monday, at his residence, in the French capital the Chairman of African Union Commission, Musa Fakki in the presence of the AU Envoy Mohammed Al-Hassan Labad expressed hope that Paris Conference will realize its goals to support the Government of Transitional Period in Sudan and realize stability in the region.

Al-Fakki said in press statements said the AU participation in Paris Conference affirms its support to Sudan during the transition, stressing the necessity for the partners’ support for making peace and maintaining stability in Sudan.
