Pompeo affirms US support to Sudan partners’s Conference

Khartoum, (SUNA)          Prime Minister, Dr.Abdalla Hamdouk received, Wednesday, phone call from the US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo.

Pompeo affirmed his country’s support to the Sudan Partners Conference scheduled for , Thursday, in the context of their commitment to support the Transition Government in Sudan.

The two sides, during the call phone, reviewed the Sudan-US partnership and means for boosting and strengthening the joint relations, issues pertinent to US sanctions and revocation of Su dan’s name of the list of the countries sponsoring terrorism.

Dr.Hamdouk thanked the US minister for the call and the US support to Sudan’s democratic transition process.
