Negotiation Between Delegations of Government and SPLM-N Begins in Juba

– A sitting of negotiation  between the  delegation of the transitional government led by  the member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Shams-Eddin Kabbashi and delegation of Sudan People’s liberation Movement-North(SPLM-N) began  to day in Juba , capital of the Republisc of South Sudan..

The sitting  was attended by all parties  to the negotiation from the transactional government which was chaired by the member  of the TSCM Fen Shams-Eddin Kabbashi and the SPLM-N which headed by  the SPLM General Secretary ,Ammar Amon and in the presence of  the head of team of the South Sudanese mediation and Presidential Advisor for Security Affairs , Tott Gulwak and a number of experts  and international observers
