National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking meets

Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice Hon. Siham Osman, the chairperson of the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking, has affirmed the state’s keenness on combating the crime.

This came when Ms. Osman presided over a meeting of the national committee here yesterday, where it discussed the Khartoum Operation and procedures for handing over the chair of the operation to Sudan.

The objectives of the operation include building capacities of organs in the region for combating illegal migration besides confronting the criminal networks through exchange of information.
