Mediation Team Meets with Negotiating Parties

The southern mediation team Saturday held a meeting at Palm Africa\ Hotel in Juba with the delegations of the government and Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (PLM) – North, led by Abdul-Aziz Al-Hillu separately to bring closer the views of the two sides.

The southern mediation will hold a sitting of negotiation after a joint meeting between the delegations of the government and the SPLM – North, led by Abdul-Aziz Al-Hillu.

The spokesman of the government delegation for the negotiations has affirmed in the evening sitting on Friday the will and determination of the two parties to achieve a framework agreement that paves the way for direct negotiation on the political, security and humanitarian files.
