KSC plans to establish agricultural export point at Red Sea harbor

Kenana Sugar Company (KSC) has announced it palms to establish an agricultural export point at Port-Sudan harbor on Red Sea in an area of 125,000 square meters. The project cost is estimated atUS$94m.

Kenana Sugar Company’s Chief Executive Officer ,Abdel Raof Merghani explained in a press statement to SUNA that the area would include warehouse with capacity storage of 90,000 metric tons of liquid sugar, 30,000 metric tons of packed sugar, besides silos for grains with storage capacity of 90,000 metric tons.
