Hamdouk chairs Environment Council Meeting

Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk chaired, Sunday, at the Council of Ministers, the First Meeting of the Higher Council for Environment for 2021 in the presence of the concerned ministries and institutions.

Dr. Hamdouk pointed out that the issue of environment is vital and basic, affirming that working for the realization of the objectives of the sustainable development is one of he top priorities of the Transitional Government.

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of preparing and submitting environmental impact studies in terms of the fact that they have become a primary consideration in providing aid and support from the international community.
