Hajar: Current Stage Requies Unity of Rank and Solidarity

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and leader of Sudan Liberation Forces Alliance, Al-Tahir Hajar, said that the current stage that the country is going through necessitates the unity of rank and solidarity between all components of the Sudanese people.

Addressing a mass rally in Nyala, the capital of South Darfur State, Hajar indicated that the economic measures taken by the government lately are difficult for the citizen, but it is a stage that requires patience to cross the country to the stage of stability and prosperity.

He renewed call for refrain from violence and tribal disputes and uniting the rank for the sake of exploiting the resources for the benefit of the Sudanese citizens.

He mourned the students who martyred lately while they were leaving to sit for the Secondary Certificate’s exams.

Hajar has given in his address a briefing on the Juba agreement for Peace in Sudan, describing the agreement as a comprehensive one and included the files of the security arrangements, the lands, the displaced persons and refugees, the distribution of power and wealth and the national issues.

He said that the implementation of the security arrangements file will begin shortly, referring to the political agreement to reform the security organs and to establish a single army.

Hajar has stressed the management of resources and the diversity will be for the interest of the Sudanese citizen and the solution of his problems and providing him with the basic services, such as education, health, water and security.

He affirmed the importance of the transitional reconciliation and handing over those who committed major crimes in Darfur to the International Criminal Court, without exclusion to anyone.
