Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Al-Tahir Hajar, Monday received at the Republican Palace a delegation of the Sudanese Kush Liberation Movement, headed by Mohamed Daoud Bandak, and affirmed keenness of the transitional period’s government to implement the Juba agreement for peace in Sudan.
In a press statement, Bandak said that he meeting tackled the issues of development and services in the New Halfa region and the means to expedite the implementation of the Juba agreement for peace in Sudan with regard to the region and the eastern track in general.
He described the meeting as fruitful and constructive
