Gatluak: I do not see any difficulty in reaching an agreement on pending issues

– The Chairman of the Southern Mediation Team, the Advisor of the South Sudanese President for Security Affair, Tut Gatluak met, separately, today, the delegations of the Government of Sudan and the SPLM/N led by Abdel Aziz Al-Hilo.

The South Sudanese official outlined that he was briefed by the Heads of the delegations on the progress of the negotiations, especially, the pending issues between the two parties, pointing out that the mediation urged them to continue discussing the points of contention in all issues.

“The two delegations can reach an agreement on the 19 point of disagreement” He stressed.

He underlined that the mediation suspended today, the negotiation sessions for carrying out more consultations to reach an agreement on the controversial issues, adding that he  doesn’t see any difficulty in reaching an agreement in the pending issues.
