Foreign Minister Makes Phone Calls with Turkish and Pakistani Counterparts

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mariam Al-Saddiq Al-Mahdi, has made phone calls with the Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Pakistan in the framework of unifying the efforts to calm down the situation in the Palestinian territories.

The communications discussed the arrangements for the emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation regarding the developments in the situation in Palestine, scheduled to be held on Sunday, May 16, 2021, and the importance of coming up with decisions that push for the protection of civilians and an end to the systematic aggression against the Palestinians and their lands.
