Faisal:The Council of Ministers was not informed on Burhan-Netanyahu encounter

Khartoum,  (SUNA)- The Official Spokesman for the Transitional Government, the Minister for Culture and Information, Faisal Mohamed Salih, has announced that the Council of Ministers was not informed nor was it consulted on the meeting between the President of the Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Abdul Fatah Al Burhan and the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu in Entebbe, Uganda.

The statement he issued reads as follows:-

“We have received the news about the meeting of the President of the Sovereign Transitional Council Lieutenant General Abdul Fatah Al Burhan and the Israeli Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Entebbe, Uganda.”

We have not been notified, nor have we been in the council of Ministers, consulted on this meeting.

We are waiting for clarifications upon the return of his excellency the president of the Sovereign Council.”
