Daglo Meets Vice- President of Libyan Presidential Council

First Vice- President of Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo has affirmed cooperation and coordination of Sudan with sisterly Libya in all fields in order of enhance stability in the two countries.

This came when Daglo received ,today, at the Republican Palace the Vice -President of Libyan Presidential Council Moussa Al-Koni, and the accompanying delegation.

Gen. Daglo welcomed Al-Koni, hoping that the sisterly Libya enjoys stability under the current government.

The FVP of Transitional Sovereignty Council expressed pleasure that the Libyan parties are ready to achieve national reconciliation.

He f called for the importance of re- activating the role of joint forces between the two countries to protect borders and curb illegal immigration.

The Undersecretary of the Libyan Foreign Ministry and International Cooperation for Political Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Khalil Issa, on his part ,praised Sudan’s supportive stances in favor of his country, noting that Sudan welcomed the activation of the Quartet Agreement to protect borders and curb illegal immigration.

Meanwhile he called on neighboring countries to help and participate in supporting stability in Libya, expressing the desire of his country to form joint forces between neighboring counties to monitor borders and illegal immigration.     .
