Court sentences convict in case of Al-Gezira Abba’s martyr to death

The Criminal Court of Rabak town, White Nile State, chaired by Judge Fathal-Rahman Malik, sentenced today convict Walid Adam Yahya in the case of martyr Mohamed Ismail Hassan to death by hanging, suit No. (714).

Representative of the prosecution Khalid Adam Suliman said the court convicted the accused under Article (130) of the Criminal Law (premeditated murder) and sentenced him to death by hanging.

He added that the court thus has finalized its procedures in the case of martyrs of December Revolution at Al-Gezira Abba Shoghi Al-Sadik Ishagh and Mohamed Ismail Hassan, suits No. 714 and 715 by sentencing the convict in the two cases Walid Adam Yahya, of Al-Gezira Abba investigation police,  to death
