The Federal Government Minister Buthaina Ibrahim Dinar has affirmed that the Conference of the System of Government in Sudan is one of the major commitments of the Juba Peace Agreement.

During her address to the event organized by the Karko Sons Association, on her honor in Al – Obied, Dinar indicated that the Conference of the System of Government in Sudan is a conference for all the people of Sudan without discrimination, and in order to reach a formula agreed upon by all for   country’s governance, noting that the conference aims to establish a well-established and scientifically studied system of government that contributes to the development of Sudan and achieves the aspirations, goals, means of its people’s  livelihood and decent life.

Minister Dinar affirmed that the conference’s arrangements and preparations are made to be held in the coming period, indicating that the conference will determine the country’s regions and its numbers, borders, structures, jurisdictions, powers and levels of government after the implementation of the federal system of government instead of the state system.

She pointed to the deterioration and bitter experience,  of the  federal government during the defunct regime , revealing  that her assignment to the ministry comes in appreciation of the marginal areas that were subjected to injustice during the period of  that regime, stressing that Sudan is for all without discrimination.

She called on people of the eastern regions of South Kordofan to avoid fighting and return to the voice of reason In order to bring about development and stability, demanding the movements that did not sign the peace agreement to join the peace process in order to contribute to the achievement of the same goals.
