Al-Hadi Idriss affirms importance of achieving justice and restoring rights

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Dr. Al-Hadi Idriss has affirmed that achieving justice and restoring rights are not subject to statute of limitations, stressing the need for bringing to justice the killers of martyrs.

Dr. Idriss, upon offering his condolences to the family of martyr Major General Sidahmed Saleh, one of the martyrs of the 28th. of Ramadan in 1990 at Tangassi area in the Northern State, stressed that retribution from the killers of the martyrs would be a debt on the government of change to redress the families of the martyrs.

The member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council added that the transitional government inherited a heavy legacy of challenges and is seeking to address them, calling for the need to correct the path by managing diversity to develop the country.

Dr. Idriss said that the forces of the armed struggle movements that resisted the defunct regime would be part of the regular forces through the security arrangements that began in earnest.

He pointed out that the government of change will defeat the racist and regionalism speech, adding that the international isolation that Sudan had been experiencing due to the mistakes of the defunct regime ended by the coming of the glorious December revolution.
