Al-Burhan Condoles Queen Elizabeth on Death of Prince Philip

The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan, has sent a message of condolences and sympathy to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom on the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh.

In his message, in his name and on behalf of the Sudanese people, Al-Burhan expressed to Her Majesty, the royal family and the friendly people of the United Kingdom the sincere condolences and sympathy for their loss.

In his message, the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council said, “Prince Philip was a wise leader, loyal to the throne and the United Kingdom and devoted his life to serving the causes of peace and development.”
