Resistance Committees Say Over 65% of People Hit by Economic Crisis

Khartoum (SUNA) -Representative of Resistance Committees Wayel Fahami Bedawi has affirmed  that  the budget has wide to do  with people’s living  and employment of unemployed youths , pointing out that  the economic crisis  has affected  over 65% of people  who live under  the  poverty line .

  He recommended  during his intervention  Sunday while the conferees  were discussing  the financial policies in  the First Economic Conference  that  to make the people and their living  the main objective of the 2021 budget, adding that separation  of South Sudan was  not  justification   for current economic  deterioration.

Fahmi called engagement of pragmatic experts in preparation of the general budget within framework of the balanced development, calling for taking the family subsidies out of the budget and to be  assigned to  a specialized bank.
