Minister discusses Investment Chances with AAAID

Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Dr. Gibril Ibrahim received today over video conference in the  presence  of Minister of Agriculture a delegation represents Arab Authority for  Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) headed by Chairman  of  the authority  Mohamed  Bin Ebaid Al-Mazruei .

Dr.  Gibril hailed the role of the authority for achieving its goal through establishing a number of food security projects for Arab world utilizing the agricultural advantages in Sudan.

Al-Mazrui on his part affirmed the contribution of his authority in increasing the agricultural production through utilizing the vast agricultural fertile lands and reduces food gap in the country.

Meanwhile Al-Mazrui announced that the authority maintained 26000 chances of direct and indirect working jobs in the country and its investment amounted to US$457m.

The authority according to Al-Mazrui grows an agricultural areas estimated of 594000 acres throughout Sudan.
