Daglo Receives Hamdouk at Rapid Support Forces Command

Khartoum,  (SUNA) – Vice – President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander of the Rapid Support Forces, Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, Wednesday received the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk, at the Command of the Rapid Support Forces.

In his address to the commanders of the Rapid Support Forces, Dr. Hamdouk has praised the Rapid Support Forces and its commander, Gen. Daglo for the great contributions he makes in preserving the unity of the homeland and preventing disputes, calling for work to develop the education the services sectors.

He stressed the importance to reform the security and military institutions to be a single army as required by the constitutional document, affirming that there will be no stability in the situation in the country without completing these reforms.

He noted that his visit comes within the framework of a series of visits he has been making in order to consult on the means to overcome the challenges facing the transitional period.

He said that that the goal is to gather all the armies to be a single army in order to protect the homeland and honor and to defend the soil of the country.

He affirmed the need to complete the cooperation between the military and the civilians in order to achieve the tasks and goals of the transitional period and to complete state institutions and the governing bodies represented in the Legislative Assembly and lay down the foundations of the civil state,

He called for avoiding the hate speech, racism, regionalism and the exclusion of the other.
