Abu Haga: Hamdouk’s visit to Army HQs includes many messages and meanings

Presidential Press Adviser Brig Al-Tahir Abu-Haga has said that the visit organized by the Armed Forces HQs for Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk  and his accompanying delegation has  carried many important messages and meanings.

Brig. Abu-Haga highlighted that the army general command provided Prime Minister with thorough briefing on the stages of the Armed Forces’ development.

Brig. Abu-Haga said in a statement published over the official Facebook account of Sudan Armed Forces that the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Gen. Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan pointed out that that the restructuring and arrangements that have been achieved by Sudan Armed forces after glorious December revolution presented out how the various features of Sudan armed forces could be in the future.

These features could be observed in military doctrine, the army obligation in protecting the constitutional system, concentration and continuity in building professional national armed forces with ability to protect democracy and state of citizenship.

Brig Abu-Haga stressed that the historic meeting of  the Prime Minister  with the military command reflected the strong will of the military and civilian  components of the transitional government for  preserving  the unique Sudanese model which was born after December Resolution.
